Your mission

Plan and implement CRM campaigns for our B2B partners and app users
Bring in creative ideas to continuously improve the NeoTaste experience
Regularly analyze campaign performance, learn from the results, and discover new approaches that enhance our brand
Support the CRM team – create room for strategy and process development, and gain valuable insights
Work on automating our CRM messaging and develop innovative testing approaches with us
Ensure smooth communication with our partners during product launches, promotions, and other important actions or campaigns

Your profile

You have one to two years of experience in CRM or campaign management and are familiar with tools like Customer.io, Braze, or HubSpot
You are experienced in setting up and executing CRM campaigns, along with a creative eye for detail
You think analytically, recognize trends in complex data, and develop innovative solutions
Organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment are your strengths
Strong communication skills paired with a hands-on mentality will help you and your ideas thrive in our team
You are a professional English speaker, German or Dutch proficiency is considered a plus

Deine Aufgaben

Du planst und setzt CRM-Kampagnen für unsere B2B-Partner und App-Nutzer um
- Dafür bringst Du kreative Ideen ein, welche die NeoTaste-Experience laufend optimieren
Durch die regelmäßige Analyse der Kampagnen-Performance, lernst du aus den Ergebnissen und findest neue Ansätze, die unsere Brand weiterbringen
Supporte das CRM-Team - Schaffe Freiraum für den Fokus auf Strategie und Prozessentwicklung und erhalte spannende Einblicke
Du arbeitest an der Automatisierung unserer CRM-Nachrichten und entwickelst mit uns innovative Testansätze
Du sorgst für eine reibungslose Kommunikation mit unseren Partnern bei Produktlaunches, Promotionen und anderen wichtigen Aktionen oder Kampagnen

Dein Profil

Du hast ein bis zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im CRM oder Kampagnenmanagement und bist mit Tools wie Customer.io, Braze oder Hubspot vertraut
Erfahrungen im Setup und der Durchführung von CRM-Kampagnen sowie ein kreativer Blick fürs Detail zeichnen dich aus
Du denkst analytisch, erkennst Trends in komplexen Daten und entwickelst innovative Lösungsansätze
Organisatorisches Geschick und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld den Überblick zu behalten, gehören zu deinen Stärken
Kommunikationsstärke, gepaart mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität, bringen dich und deine Ideen bei uns nach vorne
Fließende Englischkenntnisse (C2 nach GER), Kenntnisse in Deutsch oder Niederländisch gelten als Plus
